7 Steps to Financial Freedom

How we invest

Our approach is built on diversification, disciplined asset allocation, and evidence-based research supported by our licensee, Centrepoint Alliance. We construct portfolios across a broad range of asset classes to help manage risk and support long-term investment outcomes, aligned to each client’s individual objectives, timeframes, and risk profile.

Cash

Provides liquidity and capital stability within a portfolio. Typically used to manage short-term needs and reduce overall portfolio volatility.

Diversified Fixed Income Assets

Includes income-generating assets across both domestic and international markets, such as fixed interest securities (e.g. bonds), designed to provide a consistent income stream and enhance overall portfolio stability and risk management.

Private Equities

Exposure to unlisted companies with the potential for long-term capital growth. These investments typically carry higher risk and lower liquidity, and are generally suited to investors with longer investment horizons.

Australian shares

Investments in companies listed on the Australian market, providing potential for capital growth and income through dividends. These exposures may also deliver tax-effective outcomes via franking credits, with a focus on high-quality, research-driven companies that offer long-term value.

International shares

Global equity exposure across developed and emerging markets, providing diversification and access to opportunities not available locally. Investments are selected through our research framework to align with your investment objectives.

Domestic property

Exposure to a diversified range of domestic real estate assets through professionally managed investments. This includes commercial office buildings, retail centres, industrial and logistics facilities, residential developments and specialised sectors such as data centres, healthcare property and storage assets. These investments are designed to provide a combination of income generation and long-term capital growth, while enhancing overall portfolio diversification.

International property

Exposure to global real estate markets through professionally listed managed investments, providing diversification beyond the Australian market. This includes access to a broad range of sectors such as commercial offices, retail centres, industrial and logistics facilities, data centres, and infrastructure-related property assets.

Alternatives

Includes assets such as hedge funds, commodities or other non-traditional investments. Used to diversify portfolios and reduce reliance on traditional markets.

Infrastructure

Investments in essential assets such as utilities, transport and energy. Typically aimed at providing stable, long-term and consistent income streams.
